In addition, we are looking for an enthusiastic lacrosse-lover to take on the Senior Regional Manager role. More details below and the application form can be accessed here. This crucial role helps forge the link between school leavers, university undergraduates and graduates who have South West affiliation in one form or another, in order to sustain and build their allegiance to our region while developing their own game - the ultimate goal being representational lacrosse at Senior Regional level. Again, you will have the Committee's full support but it would be helpful to have current links with the young players coming through schools and universities and a passion for the development of the game both regionally and individually.

SWL Junior Performance Manager
POSITION FILLED!!
South West Lacrosse is looking to hire a dynamic individual to organise Junior representational lacrosse in our region. This new, paid, opportunity comes at an exciting time as the 3 regions in England look to restructure the Junior programme to provide a competitive and selective U18 and U15 National Junior Regional Championship, which will be hosted by SWL on 30 March 2025.
SWL's route to this tournament will include:
- an all-inclusive SWL Super Counties programme, enabling selection for the U15 Junior Regional A and B teams
- U18 selection to Junior Regional trials at the South West Schools U19 Rally on 5 October 2024
- Junior coaching and trials day for U18 and U15 teams
- There will also be an opportunity for those who are justifiably unable to attend either of these events (for example, their school does not enter South West Rally) to submit a paper application to be considered for trials
More details on how these two programmes will run side-by-side can be obtained from Co-Chairs, Victoria Westwood or Annabel Campbell on chair.southwestlacrosseuk@gmail.com.
Thank you for your interest in this crucial role across these programmes. We look forward to receiving your application!
