 Welcome - we are delighted you are thinking about joining the growing team of umpires in the South West..  You might be a current or ex-player, a parent, teacher or coach.  You might be 14 or 40+.  Perhaps you have known lacrosse for years or are coming to the game with no knowledge or experience.  Whatever the circumstances you are very, very welcome! Your umpiring journey starts with the online Level 1 course run by England Lacrosse which can be accessed here but if you want to take a look at the current Rule Book first you can find it here.  You can find more information about the support we can give you through workshops, webinars and on-pitch mentoring - and more details on umpiring progression - on our Umpire Development page.
